Pre Listening

Well, students. In this session, I will give you some exercises related to procedure text.

Procedure is a text that show a process in order. Its social function is to describe how something is completely done through a sequence of series.

The generic structure of procedure text are:
a. Goal: Showing the purpose
b. Material: Telling the needed materials
c. Steps: Describing the steps to achieve the purpose

Now, look at the pictures below. Our exercise today relates to these pictures.






Think about these words that might help you thinking about what we are going to learn today.

After seeing the pictures and thinking the words above, please imagine what kind of thing relates to those pictures and words.
